Please include a brief description of what you were trying to do, the range you selected (or A1 notation if you know it), the spreadsheet document name and sheet tab name if relevant, what you expected Fylla to produce, and (if possible) a screenshot of the sheet and any message shown.

Common issues

Add-on not visible in Extensions: Refresh the Sheet after install. If your organization restricts Marketplace apps, your admin may need to allow or install the add-on for your domain/OU.
First-run authorization prompts: Approve the two scopes shown. If you want to re-test the consent flow, revoke access in your Google Account settings and run again.
No data generated: Make sure your selection includes the context Fylla should use (for example, example rows or headers plus the cells you want filled). Fylla auto-expands your selection and sends those cell values to erland.ai for inference. If the range is empty or doesn't match what you intend, results may be wrong or missing.

Data Use & Logging

When you run Fylla, the add-on auto-expands your selection and sends the cell values in that auto-expanded range to erland.ai's servers over HTTPS for inference, together with the spreadsheet document name and sheet tab name. Data outside that region is not sent. Results are written back into your sheet.

Security

All requests to erland.ai are made over HTTPS/TLS.
We use the narrowest permissions required to read the cells in your workflow and write inference results.
